The students imbibe the art off serving
food and beverages, in combination with good social etiquettes. The work area
could be a restaurant, a bar or a banquet
hall. Lunch is served in the training restaurant
cum bar “SWAGATAM” where practicals of food services are carried out.
Trainers have a direct access to bar operations, control methods and effective
customer staff relationship. The commercial experience is provide through
“Nimantran” training restaurant which is open to public in
the evenings for dinner. |
