CHANDIGARH , 4TH MARCH 2010 CIHM organized the FIRST TRICITY INTER HOTEL MANAGEMENT INSTITUTES PATISSERIE COMPETETION at the institute premises today.

Over 9 hotel management colleges from in and around Chandigarh participated. The List Of IHMs those participated are:

7. C T Institute of Hotel Management Jalandhar.

8. Desh Bhagat Institute of Hotel Management

9. K C Institute of Hotel Management Nawan Shaher.

The categories of making products were:

• PLATED DESSERTS • DECORATED CAKE • BREAD MAKING

Chef Neeraj Chaudhary, Executive Chef TAJ Chandigarh,

Nikhil Mittal from NIK Bakers and Jagmeeta Thind Joy, an eminent news Journalist were the judges for the competition. The results of the competition are : First Prize: CIHM CHANDIGARH Team: Udit Nagar and Pankaj Kumar. Second Prize: Chitkara School of Hospitality team : Mudit Arora and Nalin Narula. Third Prize : HCMI , Dera Bassi Team : Vinay Kumar and Ajay Kumar Trophies and gift hampers were given to the winners.
